Academic Shoot Preview

Best Story:

I think this picture tells me the best story because it has students helping the homeless and you can just look at the picture and tell the whole story. You can also see the students getting the food ready for the homeless while they form a single file line and wait for there food.

Action or Emotion:

This photo has a little bit of each action and emotion. These two students are doing some sort of lab as something explodes and that would be the action. And the emotion is the look on their face as something explodes in their container. The girl in red has a really surprised and amazed face, and the girl in the grey looks like she is just laughing at the look on her lab partners face.

Filling the frame:

The frame is completely filled with people, even though some people in this picture have their bodies and some of the peoples arms are just cut entirely out of the picture. But I think this picture does have the most interesting stuff in it cause it just looks like their putting their hands in something thats producing fog and and its a group of people and it just suck out compared to all of the rest of the pictures.

Academics and Community Service:

Picture that I chose-"Drop the Bass"
1. Why did you pick this photo?
I picked this photo because it looked really cool to me, because the girl dropped some paint or ink I have no idea and it just looked crazy while it splashes and the photographer caught this photo at the right time.
2. What rules of photography are evident in the photo?
The rule of photography is simplicity for this photo.

Shooting Academics:

1. I would go to some of the science classes on a day were their doing a lab because usually thats where  you can get the most interesting and action filled pictures and also emotions.
2. Someones chemistry class because I know chemistry is about atomic levels, atoms and molecules and stuff like that so they probably do a lot of labs.
3. I would go to the place that I was most interested in and somewhere I would know to take fun and exciting pictures.
